Hexeditor fuer Device-Files?

Da ist doch bestimmt kein '?' im Dateinamen, sondern irgendein Zeichen
das im aktuellen Zeichensatz nicht dargestellt werden kann. Wenn du
rausbekommst was das ist, gibt es doch bestimmt "shell-magic" mit der
man das trotzdem darstellen und an ls/rm/cp uebergeben kann (Stichwort
Escape-Sequenz).
