Euro, fonts, keymaps... etc.

Tut sich auch nichts. Weder kann ich mit AltGr-E ein Euro Zeichen erzeugen
(erscheint normales E), noch wirds mir in ner mail angezeigt:

obwohl ja eigentlich angeblich eine iso-8859-15 font im xterm läuft.

Zusammendfassend kann man sagen, trotz intensiver Versuche ist nichts vom
Euro Zeichen zu sehen, und zwar überall :(

In welchem package hat sich eigentlich kbdconfig versteckt? Ich hab die
console-{common,tools,data} packages drauf, aber kein kbdconfig.
Ausserdem denke ich, das man an der console eine font nach iso-8859-15 braucht,
wo kann ich eine finden?
